What Is the Return and Cancellation Policy? 

A note from our family to yours…. 

As a small, sustainable and parent-led company we offer a 14-day window for returns of unused items.

We are committed to providing a trustworthy and safe marketplace. That is why we offer a unique guarantee policy for all of our buyers: 

  • Order Satisfaction: If your item does not match the description, please notify us within 14 days of pickup or delivery. After we verify your claim, we'll gladly refund your payment. All items must be unused, and returned to us in the original condition

  • Fraud Protection: All financial information is encrypted, secured and never shared.

Return Policy 

If your item does not match the description or there is an undisclosed issue with the item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in / unused. After we receive your item and verify your claim, we'll happily refund your payment. 

Please review the following before submitting a return:

  • We do not accept returns on clearance or final sale items.

  • Item(s) must be in the original condition as they were at the time of pick-up or delivery and all original packaging must be included.

  • The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt of the return request and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests.

If we don't hear from you within 14 days of receiving your order, we'll assume everything is A-OK. After 14 days, you assume full responsibility and liability for the product.

 

 

Refund Policy 

Once your return is received and evaluated, we will send you an email with an update on your refund request. Please allow for 7 business days for the evaluation and 3-5 business days to process the refund.

 

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds on bundles. If you purchased a bundle box and would like to return it, you must return it in its original condition, with all items present and unused. Please email us at support@bundlebabyco.com for customer support.

 

Haven’t Received a Refund Yet? 

If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it, feel free to contact us at support@bundlebabyco.com

There’s a good chance your refund has been issued and your bank or credit card company has not yet posted the credit (usually takes 3-5 business days), but we’re happy to provide you with a status update on our end.

Cancellation Policy 

If you decide to cancel your order, no problem! Just let us know and we will issue you a refund. It may take 3-5 business days to process the refund.

If you placed your order within the last 24 hours, we will issue a refund via your original payment method if your order has not been picked up or shipped.

If you choose to cancel after 24 hours and your order has not been picked up or shipped, we will issue you a refund via store credit, minus a $10 restocking fee.

If you choose to cancel after 24 hours and your order has been picked up or shipped, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We closely monitor recalled items. We stay up-to-date on all product recalls and closely track recalled items. 

We always keep a close eye on the Consumer Product Safety Commission's recall list.

 

Items We Don’t Sell 

We do not sell or list any item deemed unsafe or unfit for use by the AAP.

When we can provide products we know you will love, we reduce waste by eliminating all of the "try-it-and-see" purchases- you can go straight to the good stuff! We also focus on providing products that will go the distance. Longevity and products with multiple uses- those that grow with baby- help reduce waste as well.  Because of our shipping model, we drastically reduce packaging and our carbon footprint.
